Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your own data. This page explains how to delete your account in the Leela app and exactly which data will be removed.

1. Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Leela app on your device.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm — your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

2. Delete by email request

If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address linked to your account to:

support@leela.love

Use the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation.

3. What will be deleted

• Profile (name, email, avatar, settings).
• Leela game history: moves, comments, AI interpretations.
• Journal entries: text, photos, emotions.
• Wishes and their attached images.
• Push notification tokens and linked OAuth identifiers (Google, Apple, Telegram).
• Active subscriptions will be unlinked (for refunds, contact the App Store / Google Play).

4. What may be retained

By law we are required to retain certain data for a limited time:

• Anonymized transaction logs (for accounting — up to 3 years).
• Support ticket records (up to 1 year).
• Database backups that are automatically overwritten (up to 30 days).

This data contains no information that could identify you and is not used for any operational purposes.

5. Processing time

In-app deletion is instant. Removal from backups takes up to 30 days. Email requests are processed within 30 days.
