Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from the Leela app in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and platform policies (Apple, Google, Meta/Facebook, Telegram).

1. What is a data deletion request

You have the right to request full deletion of all personal data we store about you. This includes data provided directly by you (profile, journal, game moves) and data obtained via third-party integrations (Google, Apple, Telegram OAuth).

2. Option 1 — in the app

The fastest way is Profile → Settings → Delete account. Details: leela.love/account-deletion.

3. Option 2 — request by email

Send a message from the email address linked to your account to:

support@leela.love

Use the subject "Data Deletion Request". In the body include:

• Email or ID you used to sign in.
• Sign-in method (Google, Apple, Telegram, or email).
• Confirmation that you understand the deletion is irreversible.

4. What will be deleted

• Profile (name, email, avatar, language, notification settings).
• Leela game moves, comments, match history, AI interpretations.
• Journal entries (text, photos, emotions).
• Wishes and attached images.
• OAuth links with Google / Apple / Telegram.
• FCM/APNs push tokens.
• Support tickets tied to your account.

5. What is retained for legal reasons

• Anonymized financial logs (accounting requirements — up to 3 years).
• Database backups (automatically overwritten within 30 days).
• Anonymized usage statistics (non-identifiable).

6. Timelines

• Request acknowledgement: within 72 hours.
• Primary data deletion: within 7 days.
• Backup deletion: within 30 days.
• Final confirmation email: after deletion completes.

7. Deletion via your identity provider

If you signed in via Google, Apple, or Telegram, you can also revoke permission in that service's settings. Once revoked, we receive the signal and automatically delete your account.
